At True Natural, we value your trust. This policy explains the simple process for returning or exchanging our natural honey products if you are not completely satisfied.

Return eligible honey jars within 7 days of delivery. Late returns will not be accepted.

Product Condition

Honey must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened jars cannot be returned for food safety reasons.

Damaged Items

Report damaged or leaked honey jars within 7 days for an immediate replacement or refund.

Return Process Steps

Initiate Return

Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and reason for return. If damaged, please attach photos.

Approval & Instructions

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item in its original box. We may arrange a reverse pickup, or you may need to self-ship depending on your location.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened bottles, used products, and items returned without original packaging are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health regulations.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

The refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Only unopened, unused, and properly sealed products are eligible for a full refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, leaked, or wrongly delivered.
  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial refunds may be granted if the packaging is damaged but the product is intact.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] with your Order ID.
